By making a reservation, the guest agrees to enter into a rental contract with Hacienda Alfacara, and both parties agree to comply with these General Conditions and the Accommodation Usage Regulations.
Only the guests listed in the original reservation and at check-in are allowed to stay in the accommodation. Any additional person staying overnight must be approved.

As an authorized tourist accommodation in Málaga, we are required to verify the identification documents of each guest and register them in the “traveler registry” of the Civil Guard, in accordance with Article 29 of Decree 159/2012.

BOOKING PROCESS
Our automatic availability and pricing system allows you to select the accommodation you are interested in and make an immediate online reservation.
Initial payment: To reserve the chosen accommodation, select it and provide the required information. If you decide to proceed with the reservation, an initial online credit card payment may be requested, represented as a percentage of the total amount. If the credit card provided is invalid and the charge cannot be made by Hacienda Alfacara, a member of our team will contact you using the phone number or email you provided. If the requested payment is not completed or you cannot be contacted using the provided information, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. In such a case, an email confirming the cancellation will be sent to you.
Booking confirmation: Once the initial payment has been made, if required by the booking conditions, the reservation will be confirmed instantly and you will receive a welcome email with all the details of your reservation (booking data, apartment address, contact person information, etc.).
Final payment: The full amount of the accommodation must be paid once the refundable cancellation policy specified in your reservation has expired and before your arrival at the selected accommodation. This payment request may be sent to you via a secure payment link, in compliance with European Union legislation regulating payment services and electronic payment transactions, transposed into Spanish law through Royal Decree-Law 19/2018 on payment services and other urgent financial measures.
PRICES
Prices are always shown in EUROS (€) and may vary depending on the time of year or special events, depending on each apartment. Therefore, Hacienda Alfacara reserves the right to modify them, updating them automatically on the website.
CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
The guest must inform Hacienda Alfacara of the expected arrival time at least 24 hours before the start of the stay. Hacienda Alfacara is not responsible for delays or inconveniences caused by lack of communication. Additional check-in fees may apply for specific arrival times, as stated in the reservation.
At departure, guests must vacate the apartment with all their belongings. Hacienda Alfacara reserves the right to remove any luggage still in the room after check-out time and/or charge the guest a penalty, which may be deducted from the Damage Deposit.
CLEANING
Hacienda Alfacara works with professional cleaning and laundry services that follow health protocols according to Spanish guidelines.
Upon departure, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable condition. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning charges.
GUEST BEHAVIOR
Guests agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.
They also agree to respect the materials and equipment provided, take care of them, and notify Hacienda Alfacara of any damage they observe.
In case of failure to comply with general rules of coexistence, Hacienda Alfacara has the right to require guests to vacate the accommodation immediately.
SECURITY
Each time guests leave the property, they are responsible for ensuring that all windows and doors are properly closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Guests agree not to duplicate and/or give the property keys to third parties and to take the necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access. In case of loss of the keys, guests must notify Hacienda Alfacara as soon as possible.

MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any request to modify the dates of the stay must be approved by Hacienda Alfacara. If, for any reason, the guest must cancel all or part of the reservation, the cancellation policy will apply.
If, for any reason beyond its control, including force majeure, Hacienda Alfacara is forced to modify the reservation conditions, it must inform the guest immediately. If no agreement is reached on the modification, the full amount will be refunded to the guest, who may not make any further claims.
LIABILITY
Hacienda Alfacara is not responsible for damage that may occur from the use of equipment or in cases of theft, fire, or other criminal activities. In any circumstance, Hacienda Alfacara will do everything possible to quickly find a solution to any incident. During the stay in the accommodation, the guest is responsible for all their personal valuables.
PERSONAL DATA
The processing and use of personal data are carried out solely for the following purposes:
management of the stay and the requested services, and communication with guests
information to local authorities, as required by Málaga Tourism regulations
Information is stored on a secure server for the time necessary to carry out the different processes, according to tourism regulations.
The data collected by Hacienda Alfacara will not be shared with third-party companies under any circumstances, except with local authorities.
